<article xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://jats.nlm.nih.gov/publishing/1.1/xsd/JATS-journalpublishing1-mathml3.xsd" dtd-version="1.1" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><front><journal-meta><journal-id journal-id-type="publisher-id">MRP</journal-id><journal-title-group><journal-title>Medical Research and Practice</journal-title></journal-title-group><issn>2993-9690</issn><eissn>2993-9704</eissn><publisher><publisher-name>Art and Technology</publisher-name></publisher></journal-meta><article-meta><article-id pub-id-type="doi">10.61369/MRP.2026030015</article-id><article-categories><subj-group subj-group-type="heading"><subject>Article</subject></subj-group></article-categories><title>肝硬化诊断及分级中25（OH）D3、IGF-1、高尔基体蛋白73的临床价值研究</title><url>https://artdesignp.com/journal/MRP/4/3/10.61369/MRP.2026030015</url><author>杨晓春</author><pub-date pub-type="publication-year"><year>2026</year></pub-date><volume>4</volume><issue>3</issue><history><date date-type="pub"><published-time>2026-03-20</published-time></date></history><abstract>目的：探究肝硬化诊断及分级中25（OH）D3、IGF-1、高尔基体蛋白73的临床价值研究。方法：于2024年2月~2025年9月，选取本院收治的肝硬化患者60例，所有患者以肝脏活检病理切片为诊断肝硬化的&amp;ldquo;金标准&amp;rdquo;，另选取我院进行健康体检的健康人群60例，分析25（OH）D3、IGF-1、高尔基体蛋白73在两组人群中的含量，分析三项联合的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果：与对照组相比，研究组25（OH）D3上升，IGF-1、高尔基体蛋白73下降，有差异性（P&amp;lt;0.05）；本研究还发现，三项联合诊断高于单独检测，表明三项联合检测的阳性检出率较高（P＜0.05）；与单项检测相比，三项联合联合诊断肝硬化患者的灵敏度、特异度、准确度更高。结论：检测肝硬化患者血清25（OH）D3、IGF-1和高尔基体蛋白73水平的变化，可以有效提高诊断检出率并可以减轻患者活检的风险，同时联合检测对早期肝硬化有较高的诊断价值。</abstract><keywords>肝硬化,诊断,25（OH）D3,IGF-1,高尔基体蛋白73</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1]Davis GR.
