<article xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://jats.nlm.nih.gov/publishing/1.1/xsd/JATS-journalpublishing1-mathml3.xsd" dtd-version="1.1" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><front><journal-meta><journal-id journal-id-type="publisher-id">CDCST</journal-id><journal-title-group><journal-title>China Daily Chemical Science Technology</journal-title></journal-title-group><issn>2997-7096</issn><eissn>2997-710X</eissn><publisher><publisher-name>Art and Technology</publisher-name></publisher></journal-meta><article-meta><article-id pub-id-type="doi">10.61369/CDCST.10458</article-id><article-categories><subj-group subj-group-type="heading"><subject>Article</subject></subj-group></article-categories><title>马尾藻多糖/ 海藻酸钠水凝胶球的制备及保湿性和抑菌性研究</title><url>https://artdesignp.com/journal/CDCST/2/1/10.61369/CDCST.10458</url><author>陈尚戊,吴凯璋,张泽诚,翟晓宁,高洁,郑杨</author><pub-date pub-type="publication-year"><year>2025</year></pub-date><volume>2</volume><issue>1</issue><history><date date-type="pub"><published-time>2025-03-25</published-time></date></history><abstract>为了有效发挥马尾藻多糖（sargassum polysaccharide, SP）的保湿抑菌性能，拓宽马尾藻多糖的开发应用。本研究以吸附乳酸链球菌素能力为指标，通过单因素及响应面实验进行优化，制备了一种高保湿性、强抑菌性的马尾藻多糖/海藻酸钠（sodium alginate, SA）复合水凝胶球，并对其进行了扫描电镜、红外光谱和差式扫描量热等结构分析，同时对凝胶球的保湿和抑菌性能进行了评定。实验结果发现：交联剂浓度3.5%、制备温度33 ℃，配比SP: SA=1:1时为SP/SA水凝胶球制备的最佳条件，此时凝胶球的内部结构疏松、SP成功包埋在凝胶球中、48 h保湿率为78.48&amp;plusmn;1.04%，24 h产生抑菌圈大小为11&amp;plusmn;0.5 mm。因此本研究制备的具有较高保湿性和较强抑菌性的SP/SA水凝胶球，可作为一种绿色的保湿抑菌材料，能为化妆品保湿和食品保鲜等领域提供参考。</abstract><keywords>马尾藻多糖,水凝胶球,响应面法,保湿性,抑菌性</keywords></article-meta></front><body/><back><ref-list><ref id="B1" content-type="article"><label>1</label><element-citation publication-type="journal"><p>[1] LIU Z, LIU C, SUN X, et al.
